What is the Backhand?

The backhand is played on the opposite side of your dominant hand. In padel, two-handed backhands are common for added stability and control.

How to Hit the Backhand

    Turn your shoulders to face the side wall

    Keep the racket head up during preparation

    Rotate your hips and shoulders through the shot
  5. 5
    Finish with the racket over your shoulder
